Service Description
30 -minute hatha yoga focuses on core strength and posture and maximizes stress reduction with a slow and relaxed pace yoga that combines poses and breathing techniques that focus on alignment. In addition, during this 45-minute yoga class, we will complete the session with savasana, a practice that gradually relaxes one body part at a time, one muscle at a time, and one thought at a time. Savasana improves your sense of physical and emotional well-being. It is believed to stimulate the Muladhara (root) chakra since the entire body is connected with the earth. Energizing this chakra through savasana deeply grounds and cultivates the inner stillness and stability necessary for personal growth. The yoga class is held in person at our location. Cancellation Policy
